  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of professional commercial driving experience (experience with roll-off hoist or dump truck systems is highly preferred).
  • Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious recent violations or at-fault accidents.
  • Medical Certification: Must possess and maintain a current DOT Medical Card.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of safe driving protocols, heavy vehicle mechanics, and FMCSA Hours of Service regulations.
  • Communication: Ability to read, speak, and write sufficiently in English to communicate with dispatch and complete regulatory paperwork.
  • Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Stamina & Strength: Ability to lift, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift (e.g., pulling heavy cables, operating manual tarps).
  • Mobility: Ability to mount and dismount heavy commercial trucks frequently, climb ladders, walk on uneven job-site terrain, and sit for extended driving periods.
  • Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, or snow.
  • Schedule: Standard local day shifts (frequently Monday–Friday), with occasional voluntary or required weekend/overtime hours based on regional business volume.
